+91 9827727744By registering an organization, creating an account, or accessing the MandiCore (MandiScope ERP) SaaS application via www.mandicore.com or any associated tenant instances, you ("Subscriber", "User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions established by Scope And Research Infosoft (also known as SAR Infosoft; corporate website: www.sarinfosoft.com), located in Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh), India.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from registering or utilizing the SaaS services.
Data Safeguard upon Discontinuation: In the event that SAR Infosoft decides to discontinue this SaaS application or pilot project, all registered subscribers will be given formal advance notice and a dedicated opportunity/timeframe to safely export, download, or retrieve their business records and ledger data.
- 1-Month (30 Days) Free Trial: Every new organization receives an automatic 30-day free trial upon registration with full access to inward, auction sales, crate control, ledgers, and day reports.
- Dynamic Package Pricing: Package rates, duration tiers, and server configurations are subject to revision over time. At the time of subscription renewal, the subscriber must pay according to the new/current package pricing prevailing on the date of renewal.
- Renewal Continuity: Renewing an active plan before its expiration date preserves all remaining days by extending the validity from the existing expiry date.
At present, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable to our organization.
Because agricultural commission trading involves high-velocity morning cash settlements and fluctuating lots, maintaining a daily printed physical ledger safeguards your business against unexpected local device breakdown, power cuts, or connectivity downtime.
Scope And Research Infosoft reserves complete authority and exclusive rights regarding:
- Setting and modifying data retention, archive rollover, and deletion schedules.
- Suspending, restricting, or terminating an organization's subscription in cases of non-payment, expired validity, fraudulent usage, security threats, or violation of these terms.
- Scheduling system maintenance, server upgrades, and platform patches.
Subscriber data is maintained according to the following strict parameters:
- Data Retention Limit: Up to 3 years of transactional history OR up to 55,000 Sales Voucher item records, whichever milestone occurs first. Beyond this, opening balances are reset as per the 3-year cutoff to ensure high database performance.
SAR Infosoft will never directly sell raw confidential transaction records to any third parties. However, SAR Infosoft reserves the right to process aggregated, anonymized metrics for analytical insights, system optimization, and commercial analytics purposes.
As a comprehensive 1-month / 30-day free trial is provided to evaluate all features prior to payment, all subscription package fees paid are strictly non-refundable. All decisions regarding billing disputes or exceptions rest exclusively with SAR Infosoft. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the SaaS application or SAR Infosoft shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh), India.
