1 30-Day Free Trial & No-Refund Policy

At Scope And Research Infosoft (aka SAR Infosoft), we want our subscribers to be 100% satisfied with our mandi accounting software before paying.

1-Month / 30-Day Full Free Trial: Every new organization receives an automatic 30-day free trial period upon registration. During this trial, you have full access to all features—inward lot registers, wholesale/retail sales, farmer settlement math, crate management, live ledgers, and day reports—with no feature limits.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Because every user is granted a full 30-day evaluation window to thoroughly test speed, accuracy, and counter usability prior to purchasing a subscription, all subscription package payments, once made, confirmed, or activated, are strictly non-refundable.
2 Sole Authority & Decisions of SAR Infosoft

All authorizations, reviews, discretionary evaluations, and final decisions regarding subscription packages, billing queries, renewal extensions, or exceptional considerations remain exclusively with Scope And Research Infosoft.

The decision of SAR Infosoft in all such billing and subscription matters shall be final, definitive, and legally binding.

3 Package Pricing Revisions & Renewals

Subscription packages and pricing structures may be updated periodically to reflect infrastructure enhancements, feature releases, and cloud capacity:

  • Prevailing Package Rates: When renewing an expired or expiring subscription, the subscriber will pay according to the package pricing active on the date of renewal.
  • Unused Days Protection: If you renew prior to the current expiration date, the new duration is added to your existing expiry date, ensuring you never lose remaining days.
  • No Automatic Credit Card Charges: We do not automatically debit your bank or card; you maintain full manual control over when and which package you renew.
4 Taxes & Statutory GST Policy

Currently, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable to our organization.

In the future, as and when GST or other tax regulations become applicable under statutory government norms, taxes will be charged additionally alongside the subscription package pricing.

5 Subscription Expiry & 60-Day Data Deletion

If you choose not to renew a subscription:

  • Your account will enter an expired state at the end of the paid validity period.
  • A 60-day grace period is maintained during which you can renew to restore full access.
  • If renewal is not completed within 60 days post-expiry, your organization data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers with zero possibility of recovery.
6 Recommended Practice: Daily Day-Report Hard Copy
Daily Physical Record Archive: We highly recommend that each subscriber prints and maintains a physical hard copy record of the "Day-Report" daily for independent offline records and dispute-free counter management.
