This Privacy Policy governs your use of our SaaS application and related services delivered across the dedicated domain www.mandicore.com and its tenant instances. The product owner and developer corporate entity operates via www.sarinfosoft.com. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining transparent data management standards.

To deliver high-speed mandi counter accounting, inventory management, and party ledgers, we collect and process the following categories of information:
- Subscriber & Organization Information: Firm/organization name, administrative contact person, registered mobile number, email address, city, state, and optional GST registration details.
- Mandi Business Records: Farmer produce inward lot records, item weights, packaging units, wholesale and retail sales vouchers, crate balances (issue, return, loss, damage, deposit), customer/farmer party accounts, receipts, payments, contra vouchers, and settlement sheets.
- Authentication & Technical Metadata: User login IDs, encrypted passwords, system access timestamps, device identifiers, and IP addresses captured strictly for security authentication, audit logging, and tenant verification.
MandiScope is engineered as a secure, multi-tenant software system. Every registered mandi shop is assigned an isolated tenant identifier (Org_Id).
Our database architecture strictly isolates organization records so that no other subscriber, user, or unauthorized third party can ever view, query, or access your shop's stock, customer lists, sale prices, farmer bills, or financial balances.
We value the trust you place in our software. Our data handling principles are defined as follows:
Aggregated & Anonymized Analytics: SAR Infosoft reserves the right to aggregate, de-identify, and anonymize transactional metrics (e.g., broad commodity price movements, seasonal volume indices, platform throughput metrics, and mandi trade patterns). These anonymized and consolidated statistics may be analyzed and utilized by SAR Infosoft for software enhancements, market intelligence, industry benchmarking, and commercial analytics purposes without exposing individual trader identities or proprietary shop figures.
This SaaS application is currently deployed as a Pilot Project. SAR Infosoft reserves the right to develop, refine, or discontinue the pilot service in the future.
In the event that the service is scheduled for discontinuation, SAR Infosoft will provide reasonable advance notice and a dedicated export window to enable all active subscribers to extract and download their business records.
Data lifecycle rules on the platform are strictly enforced:
- Data Retention Limit: Active data is retained for up to 3 years OR up to 55,000 Sales Voucher item records, whichever comes first. When this threshold is reached, historical opening balances are reset as per the 3-year cutoff to maintain peak application performance.
- 60-Day Unrenewed Deletion Rule: If an organization subscription is not renewed within 60 days following the expiry date, all associated organization data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
